We're here to help you with Bestie
Email our support team at someone@meetbestie.org and we'll get back to you.
Bestie is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger or having thoughts of self-harm, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency services immediately.
Sign-up help: If you didn't get your verification code, tap "Resend" on the verification screen. If your email is already in use, log in instead. Previously used Google or Apple? Use the email linked to your Bestie account and our password reset page to set or reset your password. For Apple Hide My Email, use the private relay address linked to Bestie. Contact us if you need help finding the right account.
Billing help: Membership is $12.99/month and renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your profile or by contacting support — you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Specialist session packs are one-time purchases. For refund or charge questions, email us with your account email.
Deleting your account: Deleting from your Profile screen removes your Bestie data immediately (journal, check-ins, session history, mindprint, conversations) and logs a request for our team to remove your login account. Login account removal is completed by our team — it is not instant. You can also request deletion from our Delete Account page.
Subscription cancellation: Canceling your subscription is separate from deleting your account. Cancel from your profile or by contacting support. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, then your billing stops — but your account and free-tier access remain.
Privacy: See our Privacy Notice for how your data is handled.
Deleting your Bestie data from the Profile screen removes it immediately and logs a request for our team to remove your login account. You can also request deletion by email or visit our dedicated deletion page. Canceling a subscription is a separate step — see below.
